"Good location and value for money, but need to resolve drainage issues for future guests."

Good location, the beds were comfortable. The sauna was a nice touch.

Drainage issues from the showers led to partial flooding in the corridor. One leaking toilet, another not flushing. Ant infestation in the green room. Unmade bed without linen in green room. A dishwasher in the kitchen, yet no dishwasher tablets.

The layout was well thought out. Lots of bathrooms and the sauna was a nice touch

Needed a broom and brush as we dropped salt on the floor

Rooms and space were good.

Building front door entry system wasn't working as per the guidance provided from the property, they then proceeded to blame the building for this and it;s not their fault - you have to enter the building to get to the property in the first place so yes it is the providers issue to deal with. Front door system was broken and a local had to show how to get in with a bang to it which is ridiculous for security reasons.

"Superb"

Lots of rooms and on every room or close to the room a shower. 3 toilets is very nice even as the sauna. Great stay!

Maybe 2 keys is better than only one for such a group
