Good location nearby to city center

Quiet old flat, need reconstruction…old would not be a problem, but it was a bit smelly at bathroom and toilet, probably due to old equipment and sewerage tubes, etc..

The location was amazing! Easy access to all public transportation. The owner provided us with hot water system, after the local gas company cut the gas supply due to some repair works. It was really appreciated! The rooms were big and comfortable. Good communication with the owner. Easy instructions to get access. Very happy overall!

Housekeeping in bathrooms and bedrooms can be improved.

The rooms were spotlessly clean. There were good quality modern appliances. The apartment was extremely quiet and located ideally close to all forms of transport.

It was extremely hot while we were there and an air conditioning unit would have been a huge benefit. Also, the crockery and cutlery could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Our bed had been made up on a pull-out sofa bed rather than a proper double bed or king bed which was also present in the apartment - not sure why.

The place is lovely and comfortable. Walking distance from trams and buses to everywhere and easy to stock up on groceries etc. Host was helpful and replied quickly when needed

Cleaniness could have been a bit better but it was not bad just still have some stuff from the previous guests lying around which showed that it wasn't deep cleaned.

the apartment is perfectly located - metro, shops and 10 minutes walk from the fisherman's bastion! Large and with vintage furniture. In terms of price and quality - no competitors! I recommend!!!
