Brand New Garden Flat / Free Parking

Location is few km from city center. Close to big city park. Inside apartment is everything what you basically need for a few day stay. Property owner seems to take care about apartment and that all is in place.

Entrance to property is very narrow, very very tight. We had a bike rack behind so was challenge to enter. I can say that in apartment there was clean enough but there was always this strange smell, ether it was from carpets (there are many of them) or there is a humidity inside. There was dehumidifier but didn't much help. Regarding parking and location itself - car can barely fit inside and you can't turn around, you need to go all the way out to main street (which is hard enough) or if you have luck you can turn near another house in the yard. Second day there was some car parked in front our property so we needed to politely ask to move. He moved and went back again. We was thinking to go out in hour ago but we didn't because even if he moved I could not go all the way back to street because he would block me from turning around second house in the yard. We could not find decent cabinet to store our luggage so we left it in on the floor. Also, strange people was in neighborhood, didn't do anything but we felt some kind uncomfortable. Please take care, children under 18 do not need to pay city tax, pay exact amount what booking claims that you need to pay.

The location is very close to food shops and the big park where the family ride bicycles. Free parking place for the car and place for the kids to play in the closed garden outside. It has the feeling of being in a house with a yard rather than an apartment. It is very well equipped for longer stays.

There is a private parking. The owner is responsive and always in touch. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a humidifier.

The apartment is already very tired and needs renovation. The boiler leaks and drips on your head when you brush your teeth. The shower room is not clean enough. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and you can't get enough sleep. The wall on the second tier is collapsing.

Generally convenient, quiet and clean. You need to know that you need to get the key and ask the next door neighbor for help if there is a problem. There should be a sign or preventative that indicates that the car should not be parked behind the parking lot. Our departure took more than 45 minutes because someone else parked behind the area we parked, and we couldn't call the hotel owner due to my phone malfunction. luckily there was no emergency!! I think this point needs attention. Special thanks to the next door neighbor.

Actually everything was fine. The apartement was more that fully equipped: The owner added a lot of stuff over the basic, owners used to do. For example: not only sugar, 4 teebags, 4 coffee bags but different spices, rice and so, complete kitchen as used to have at home(!) ...or complete selections of bath stuff and wide hygienic sortiments and so and so. Probably the only missing thing was the airco, but managed with the open windows (equipped with mosquito net) and 2 mobile fan. Nicely designed little garden, quiet place. The owner is really nice and ready to help and find solutions...if there is any.

The location, the small private graden and the whole property was a very nice, well equipped.
