設備がよく、ロケーションも良かった。 鍵の受け渡しが不安だったが、オーナーも親切でメッセージを送ると返信がきた。

ベッドは3人でソファーベッド1つ、大きなベッド1つだった。 3人だったので、ソファーベッド、シングルベッド2つの方が良かった。 他の人が書いてるが、リビングに2つも机はいらない。 部屋は広いので、エキストラベッドの方がありがたかった。低い机は不要だと思った。

地理位置非常好，进入方便，房东服务到位。房间设施齐全，干净卫生。

要是浴室水压大点，蓬头角度低点，整体效果更好。

המעלית קצת מלחיצה וביום האחרון היא לא עבדה ניתן להסתדר עם המעלית השנייה כי זה שני בניינים מחוברים

Tutto. Posizione centralissima, rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente, disponibilità e velocità nei contatti da parte del proprietario da evidenziare. Non fermatevi all’apparenza esterna del palazzo (parecchio datato e non proprio ben tenuto per essere di manica larga…) perché l’appartamento è davvero accogliente, di recente sistemazione e completo di tutto.Da sottolineare la presenza di due condizionatori separati mai trovati in appartamenti di tale metratura che nella stagione estiva fanno davvero la differenza.

Niente da evidenziare. Ci sono anche le famose tende alle finestre che qualcuno prima di noi aveva sottolineato mancassero. Assente solo una nel salottino vicino alla cucina ma alle ore 06.00 d’estate vedrete sorgere il sole….quindi! Due semplici consigli al proprietario. Se nella doccia ci fosse una mensola a ventosa per shampoo e bagnoschiuma e l’aspiratore sopra il lavandino venisse regolarmente pulito l’appartamento sarebbe davvero perfetto.

Curatenie

Perfect location in the center of town, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to public transit. The best part is that the apartment is on the 8th floor in one of the tallest buildings in the area. There are tiny windows with an amazing view over the rooftops. You can see parliament, buda castle, the basilica, and the opera house all from the apartment. The apartment itself is very modern and spacious with a full kitchen and even a clothes washer.

The apartment building itself is very old and the lobby is a bet sketchy. But the apartment itself is super nice and clean.
