- Locatia foarte buna 2-3 minute de mers pe jos de linia M3 de metrou. - Apartament destul de spatios. - Apartamentul amenajat modern. - Check in si Check Out foarte usor. - Zona linistita - Cabina de dus spatioasa

- Apa calda ajunge pentru 1 dus mai lung, ( probabil ca era un boiler, ce avea capacitatea destul de mica ). - Prosoapele aveau miros de aer inchis datorita uscarii in uscator. - Lipsa cuier si suport prosoape in baie. - Lumina destul de slaba. - Cuptorul era putin cam murdar.
