Little Americas Westend Residence Apartments

Communication during our stay was really good. There was an issue with the key being put in the wrong lock box and it was sorted within 5 minutes. Sándor was very quick to reply on emails whenever we contacted. The room had everything we needed and a cot was provided for our little girl. The only thing we weren't too happy with was that the property description said their was air conditioning ... there wasn't and were only fans provided. The room was very warm especially up on the Mezzanine. The fans did cool it a bit but were very loud.

To small bathroom - The sink in the bathroom is small and there is a cupboard right above it - washing your face or brushing your teeth is impossible. Everything else was great.

Very good customer service (answer quickly, allowed a 30 minute early check-in), spacious studio, washing machine, great heating, location is walkable from everywhere.

Extremely dirty. Dishes were not clean, furniture has run its course and there is dust as well as hair everywhere in the studio. Needs a deep, deep clean.

Please can I recommend a few suggestions to make it a better stay for other guests? - please dust the surfaces in the apartment and wash the grey throw blanket (smells musty). - replace the dish rack as it is rusty. - fix the shower floor and sliding doors.

The location is great,you are just 5 min away from the paralament. We walked all the time to everywhere so this is a plus. On 1 min distance you have Lidl market and some other markets as well,for about 5 min distance there is Mc donalds and some other food shops. It was warm and maybe for the nights it was very warm but this is great considering we came in late November. There are all the kitchen utilities you will need. We got location and check in instructions in detail so it was easy to check in and find the apartament. The wifi is excellent and there was always hot water.

The apartament has served its purpose and it doesnt have that shine from the pictures,it is noticable that is somewhat old. It felt like it wasnt cleaned properly. I found black long hair everywhere. The toilet was broken and when you sit on it you will move around or it can also fall down so we have to be extra carefull when we went to bathroom. There were shower utilities but we noticed that there are refilled with the hand soap inside. So you have the package from different utilities but its old one and inside is the same liquid from the hand soap one. The dishes werent washed properly as well,i could find big stains from food all over different dishes like cups,plates and spoons so i did all of them myself all over again. I didnt bother to mention this to them considering that 2 days prior arrival i wrote them on whatsap and no one untill this day replayed. Also i sent them e -mail but they only replayed to one part of it,so yeah i knew that messaging them about the cleanliness would be just me wasting precious time. And there was sign that if you want to be MORE clean they will charge you a fee (i cant remember how much was it) but i think that MORE CLEAN or CLEAN shouldnt be something that you need to pay more for them to do it this is basic and expected thing.

Big apartment.

They have a really bad hygiene issues. The towels weren't clean at all. Also if you see under the bed you'll see bad things happening. The sofa is not comfortable at all and also had bad white stuff on it.. It was like really dirty everywhere. The spoons for the coffee were sticky. The tv remote was THE WORST. Soooo dirty. The plates were also dirty. You could see anyone's hair everywhere. We also had a spider roomate as you can see. Also the area is a little bit dangerous after the evening.

Very good location, kind and responsive hosts!

It would be even nicer if more attention was paid to the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities.

Place was lovely, nice and quiet area, had everything you need.
