BUENOS Boutique - Superb location, AC, 2 bathrooms

The apartment is in front the synagogue, very cool position to visit Budapest. Tastefully decorated with quality furniture and a lot of space.

Bed pillows are teeny tiny and you get just one bath towel per person.

The location was perfect - close to many attractions and all means of transport. Plenty of food options - cafes, restaurants and grocery/supermarkets. Perfect for families. The apartment was modern-looking, spacious, clean, and had good sound-proof windows. We faced a major heat wave in the city during our stay there, so well-functioning A/C was a live-saver for us. Staff communicated effectively with us - before and during our stay. They gave us very detailed instructions on how to get a key and access the apartment.

Some furniture needs repair - the wardrobe in the main bedroom was wobbly and falling apart; the bed frame had loose parts, and the shower had a broken temperature regulator. Hope these can be fixed soon! Also, the pillows were very small and cheap - they looked like disposable ones. Bring your own pillows, if a good night sleep is important to you!

Excellent location with a newly renovated unit.

It was a very hard unit to find. No parking provided or recommended, we paid a small fortune for the parking. We would have liked to have had full sized pillows. The property stated it could fit 6 people but I would say it could fit 4 people comfortably & the 5th person on the couch if you were a small child, for us the 6th bedding was a 1/2 sized trundle bed from the couch. We stayed here for 3 nights & on our arrival we noticed the only shower the shower tap was broken, I reported this straight away excepting it would be fixed urgently, I again reported it on our 2nd day but both our requests were ignored. With a family of 6 & only 1 shower in the unit which we couldn’t use due to a broken tap with no cold running water this was an inconvenience to our whole family not being able to shower.

One of the room the AC is not working and from the 1st day i informed the owner and every time we received an excuse that maintenance guy not available or coming next day and no one fixed, until i check out

Apartment is in a good location , was super beautiful and had 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms .

Was stated it has private free parking but host told me that it has been removed it from the listing and need to find a private parking which costs a lot . Checked again and it was still stated that it has private free parking . Bathrooms has big baths but can barley fill one with hot water and to take another bath you need to wait at least 2hr . The ensuit bathroom does not has the toilet in it , you need to go through the kitchen to a small boxroom .

The place is located in the very dated building and there are lots of trash in front of the gate. All the towels , blanket, pillows and bed sheet are quite old, doesn’t look as clean and hygienic, the floor is quite dirty. It took us a while to find down to check in and drop off the luggage. Especially, the staffs are very rude. No customer service at all. We had really bad experience with this place. I wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone. I would rate this place lower if I could for their attitude toward customers.

Location was great & good size

No toilet in the master bedroom en-suite No coffee capsules for the coffee machine Dishwasher didn’t work too well the last people’s dishes were still dirty in it. In the end we gave up with the dishwasher & washed by hand
