Hollo Apartment - PRIVATE GARAGE - A/C

Excellent location and secured parking

The location was central and close to turistical attractions, restaurants and shop, but in a light traffic area. The bedrooms are toward the backside of the building so it was quiet in the night. The layout of the apartment was nice, with a lot of storage space in case of a longer stay. We liked the equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking. It also had a clothes washing machine and a dishwasher, although we did not use them, but it was great that they were there in case they were needed. Air conditioning was in both of the bedrooms as well as in the living room, which was great. Overall, it was a very nice accomodation and we did not lack for anything.

It would be nice to have a toilet in the main bathroom as well, although, for our stay of 3 nights and 4 guests, we managed ok even with the one.

You had AC in every room, including in living room. All rooms were clean. The apartment was located in the center of the city and had free private parking available. The street is quiet and you don't have to worry about any noise. It's worth it.

We didn't had any towels in the bathroom. We had to use the towels from the room, which we had only 2 per room. It was ok, but it was a discomfort. The key to the parking is inside the apartment. You need to find public parking first, go get the key and come back. Same in the last day.

Only one towel per person for whole weekend. Needs a proper cleaning too.

The apartment and location are great, unfortunately the services are bad. We had to ask for clean linen and sheets. But the management reacted quickly.

In the building on the same floor is a squat of homeless people, not felt very safety. The mattresses in bed are very dirty spoiled with unidentifiable liquid and blood stains. The instructions how to get to garage from the street were not given, neither where to find the parking card. So we spent 30 minutes only with parking.

Location of apartment is great. Apartment looks nice on pictures.

But it smells on hard smoking inside. If you are smoker, go for it, otherwise skip it. Dining table is wobbling, chairs also, floor of the one bed is damaged, one wardrobe door is not working(but there are plenty of other closets) One toilet for 6 people, not so great. Cleaning can be better. To be able to access garage, first you need to find public parking nearby to be able to go inside of apartment to get card for garage. That instruction from owner arrived late.
