Szép környék, gazdagon parkosított lakótelep, sok zöldfelület, csendes utca, kulturált lépcsőház. Közelben a Dunapart. Tiszta ágynemű.

A lakás abszolút nem az épületbe való, lelakott, gyötrelmes felújítási kísérlet történt rajta, koszos padló ,nem hasonlít a feltett képekre, a bútorzat is más, kagylósra kifeküdt kényelmetlen matrac, sarok kanapé helyett vaságy stb. A vellnesz részleget nem néztük. Viszont tiszta ágynemű, ami kontrasztban volt minden mással.
