Center Apartment

Instalaciones, localización perfecta en una calle preciosa llena de terrazas y restaurantes, y al girar la esquina en plena calle Andrassy. No se puede pedir mas…

Nada a destacar…me gustó todo

La posizione è buona.

Condominio affascinante, ma cade a pezzi. La casa è al piano terra, il che la rende umidissima. Casa sporca a livelli che non mi erano mai capitati prima (dopo un primo giro in casa senza scarpe, avevo i piedi completamente neri, c'erano pezzi di cibo per terra, polvere e sporcizia dappertutto, tappeto sporco). Dentro l'armadio erano ancora presenti lenzuola e copridivano sporchi, probabilmente dell'inquilino precedente. La cosa peggiore è che abbiamo segnalato il problema al proprietario, che ha promesso di pulire la casa (facendoci lasciare le chiavi nel locker) per poi non venire a pulire niente. La camera sul soppalco è bella, ma l'altra puzza di muffa. Non andateci.

Easy location

First they asked us more money for additional check in and make us wait till the very last minute at 15:00 to give us the information because people were cleaning. We waited patiently because we chose not to pay additional money for early check in. Fair enough. When we arrived the flat was smelly bad, was dirty, no sheets were provided at the second bed and I tried to contact the provided number. The provided number was not responding and gave us second number, where they did not pick up but communicate via messages. Fine, they sent lady to clean the exact spots that we sent pictures and bring actually towels that were clean and sheets for the bed. Anything else was not touched. Also we needed to wait one hour to wait while trying to fixing the wifi, which was not the pass that was sent then the router did not work. We came for work and that was important for us, also wanted to shower and go out on our work meetings which we could not do on time. In any case the person that was communicating with us did their best to accommodate that. In the drawers was dirty and full of possibly dirty sheets and stuff, no iron was found so we needed to ask that too. We had coffee and some food where we tried to put them in the dishwasher but when I opened it it was full of fungus and was smelling super bad, no pills were provided where we could have put all to wash. Glasses were also dirty so we tried to wash that with the soap for dishes but the bottle was full of bleach so putting this on my hands were definitely not pleasant. Next to our entrance door also was found dead pigeon for a while. Honestly if that was particular to understand but that is agency and lots of properties looking to make money as much as possible without providing comfort at all. So hope that they will do take care of this and stop robbing people.

Only one problem because of the humidity of the party wall of the small bedroom. Perhaps the bathroom of the neighbour ?
