Komische Bewohner oder fremde Personen die ins Wohnhaus hinein gekommen sind oder davor gesessen, die einen angesprochen hatten, und man muss etwas aufpassen mit essbarem weil Ameisen und co schon reinkommen. Es war aber sauber!

El portal y el patio que hay que cruzar para llegar al apartamento está descuidado., lo que no da buena sensación cuando llegas por primera vez al apartamento.

The socket in the bathroom has a problem. There are no instructions how to use the safe.

This property has no standards of cleanliness whatsoever. The table was stained, there were spiders on the walls, and the carpets were heavily stained and looked very dirty. The worst part, however, is the shared inner courtyard where the host lives – it looks macabre, like something out of a horror movie. There are old mattresses lying around and extremely unpleasant smells. I’ve attached photos as evidence. The property is clearly in a state of severe deterioration, but instead of being honest, they try to market it as “industrial style.” A more accurate description would be “very run-down.” The air conditioning units (which are also used for heating) are extremely noisy. The worst part was the strong smell of vinegar when we arrived. Even after airing out the apartment for hours, the smell did not go away. When I contacted the hosts, they gave inconsistent explanations – on WhatsApp they said the bathroom had been cleaned with vinegar, while on Booking they claimed it was the kitchen cabinets. In any case, their response only came after I had officially reported the issue on Booking. I do not recommend this property.

The apartment is conveniently located in the Jewish Quarter with narrow streets and little traffic. Each bedroom has its own entrance, located on opposite sides of the spacious living room. There is no noise from outside at any time. The apartment is modernly equipped and has newly renovated rooms and bathrooms.

The TV remote control didn't work well. We think a new smart TV would be a good investment. The description of how to close the front door to the apartment could be improved.
