Sunny and Central 3-Bedroom Penthouse with Garage

The apartment was very clean and very very big, with 3 rooms, large living room with kitchen!!! It is located in the central area, it has its own parking in the basement garage.

Location is great, however it can be a bit loud in the evenings. Beds were comfortable and apartment was spacious.

The penthouse is exactly like in the photos. Perfect for 6 people and very well equiped. Its very close to everything.

There are 2 things to be taken in consideration: 1. If you can't sleep in a noisy place then you have to take the room next to the room with the fireplace. The rooms on the left of the appartment are very noisy due to the street nightlife. It wasn't a problem for me but if you are a light sleeper, take this into consideration. 2. We were 6 people and came with 2 cars, there is only 1 garage space. We were lucky enought to find space right next to the little flower market and for the weekend its free parking, we only had to pay for friday.

Being a General Manager of a four star hotel in the UK, I like my reviews to be as factual as possible, instead of opinion based. The apartment is perfectly located, in a very central area of Budapest. A lot of the main attractions are within walking distance. If not, Bolt Taxi’s are reasonably priced. Massive amounts of restaurants and bars on the doorstep, literally. The apartment contains a very spacious double bedroom (which is the master bedroom) near to the front door. Next to the master bedroom there is a separate toilet room with sink and a separate shower room with shower, sink and washing machine. Along the hallway there is the kitchen / diner and living room area, followed by a shower room containing a shower, jacuzzi (that is currently not working), toilet, sink and utility space for drying washed clothes. There is a further double bedroom, which is reasonably sized and a third double bedroom, which is cosier, but very adequate for one person. The bedrooms and hallways contain a vast amount of storage areas, including wardrobes, desks, bedside tables and chests of draws. There is a car parking space downstairs but we did not need it. The living area has comfortable sofas and a large flat screened smart TV with access to Netflix etc. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped. The host is excellent at responding quickly and makes it very easy to find the apartment with a pre-sent video of how to find the apartment from the main front of the building. This was ultra helpful and a brilliant idea which all hosts should consider doing. So, check in was so simple, as was check out. We were provided with toiletries, some tea bags, coffee pods and washing machine tablets, which was a nice touch. Overall, the location is perfect, the host is efficient and helpful, the value for money is awesome and as a family of four we would love to stay there again within the very spacious apartment. It really helped make the trip wonderful.

There is air-conditioning, although it isn’t too strong, however, the weather wasn’t too hot, so the apartment was actually very cool considering the apartment is on the top floor within the attic conversion. I messaged the host privately about a small couple of maintenance issues, but nothing that important to note publicly. For those who are light sleepers you can hear the drunk crowds outside shouting, even with the windows closed, however, it wasn’t that awful, plus I couldn’t hear any noise from outside in my bedroom at night, as I was using the air-con.

Location was great. You are right in the city center and can walk to all the touristy areas. It is in the middle of the party district, and the noise of the restaurants/pubs will get through the closed windows all night long. It did not bother us though. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is a rare find in Budapest. There was air conditioning, which was great.

The apartment was dirty on our arrival. The counter was black when I wiped off the crumbs after breakfast. There was dust everywhere, and black hair on our sheets. There were only 4 pillows and towels, even though I called letting them know there will be 5 of us staying in the apartment. They asked me to verify this in an email, which I did…There was no lock on the front door and the bathroom doors. We only had one key, so when our young cousin went to party, and came home at 4 am, one of us had to wake up to let him in. Or when my family left with the kids in the morning, he had to wake him up to lock the door behind us. We were not able to get a second key when we asked for one. I’d recommend getting a digital keypad for the front door to make sure all guests have access to the apartment when they need it. All in all a nice apartment, and cleaning it before guests and providing access to those who stay there would make it a great experience.

The location was excellent. Everything you needed was minutes away, restaurants, bars, shops, attractions. The apartment was clean and it met all our expectations, we enjoyed it.

The heat in July was no joke. Air conditioning struggled a bit to keep the apartment comfortable temperature-wise. Takes some time, but in the end it was ok, manageable, so it's not a deal-breaker

We were 5 (3 children). The location is absolutely perfect. Clean. It was hot weather in Budapest duringpur stay so air-conditioning in all rooms is great. Garage with free parking is very helpful, especially during holidays. The street is very busy and noisy in evenings, but noise insulation is very good (also air-conditioning resolves the poblem)

Basically, nothing to complain about

Location is close to very nice restaurants. The whole apartment is spacious and the airco helps when it’s warm outside. Everything is available and no issue at all. Check in and check out is also easy. We love it that there’s parking for our car. Washing machine is a plus!

Actually nothing, but maybe for some people who are sensitive to noise might need to bring extra ear cover to be able to sleep. Location is in party district so many places open until very late. I don’t mind at all!
