Castle Downtown Apartment

The apartment is very well located in the Center of Pest and it has everything you might need. Very well equipped! Also the unique Interior design add character to the whole property! The space it's very well used and it was very comfortable for a family of 4. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful! :)

The apartment is absolutely stunning. Stay there feels like living in a museum. Every detail of the interior is beautifully designed, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere. At the same time, the apartment was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. The location is perfect for exploring Budapest, with many attractions easily accessible on foot or by public transport. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to answer any questions, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable.

I genuinely have nothing negative to say. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again.

Great location - about a block from public transit hub Deak Ferenc square. Sights, shopping and nightlife within easy walking distance, Main train station is a (doable but not scenic) 40-minute walk, or much faster via metro/tram. As seen in pictures, the apartment has a noble/artsy design vibe that doesn't disappoint, Great comfort and overall value for the price. The host was friendly and responsive via WhatsApp. Apartment amenities were fine - found everything we needed - exceptions see below.

Nice to have would have been: Oil for cooking, laundry detergent. The shower door is not watertight, used an extra towel to soak up the water after showering. We found the building easily, but it was a bit tricky to find the apartment once inside. It would help a lot if the apartment number was displayed - we didn't see it anywhere. From the stairwell/elevator on the 2nd floor (for Americans the 3rd floor) you have to go out to the courtyard walkway and turn left. At the far corner you have to reach through the security gate to get the keys from the key locker. Then you can use the round key to open the security gate and the square one to open the apartment door. If you ask me, the apartment door is not "dark green" as described by host but rather anthracite/black. Once you know how it all works, this is all no problem and the apartment is well worth the treasure hunt :)

Tolle, saubere Unterkunft mit super Lage.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Efraim setup an extra bed in the living room and provided nice fluffy towels.

The hot water heater was a bit finicky, but Efraim was always ready to help.
