- spacious bedroom - excellent bed - excellent WiFi speed and connection - newer furniture - kitchen completely equipped with all necessary items - decent bathroom, hot water available all the time - heating was working - host was polite and willing to help, gave us an extra check in and check out time

WC is really small but functional.

Nicely renovated, neat, roomy apartment. Great value. The air conditioning saved the day: the weather was really hot in Budapest during my stay. The owner is responsive and courteous. The check in was flexible, also a big plus for me. Would stay again!

The kitchen lacked a bit in terms of tea and cooking oil. I left some tea for you guys. The floors could've used some vacuuming, there was some dust here and there. Nothing severe, though.
