"TODO GENIAL, EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN"

La ubicación, la amabilidad de la chica Claudia que nos atendió vía Móvil, la iluminación, la limpieza, los detalles que marcan la diferencia, todo excelente lo recomiendo. Solo un detalle a veces el aire no enfriaba del todo bien.

"Perfekt stay"

The location was for our stay perfect, because we needed to be near the train Station. Claudia, the host was really friendly and it was easy to communicate- per SMS and Mail.

The floor was not that clean as it could have been. You have to be prepared that the room looks to the big Piazza. There is some noise in the morning because of traffic.

"Great location to see the city"

Great location, easy to find and get into. Host provided good recommendations for places to eat and was able to accommodate a later checkout for us which was much appreciated. Host provided clear instructions on how to find and enter the apartment, and was quick to respond. We would certainly recommend this place. The bus and train terminals were about a 5-7 min walk. Lots of restaurants choices very close by.

A tea kettle or small pot would have been handy as one of us was a tea vs coffee drinker.

"Fantastic, quiet apartment in a great, central location to explore Cagliari"

The location was great - right near some fabulous restaurants and bars, with views overlooking a leafy park. It was also easy walking distance to the train and marina. The apartment was clean and quiet, and the kitchen was well equipped.

The lights in the common area were a bit tricky to work out - maybe some labeling?

Location was great. Apartment was very nice and comfortable. Host was very welcoming and easy to deal with. Many great restaurants within walking distance.

Parking was a problem. A couple of the towel holders in the bathroom were broken.

Perfect location, just 4 minutes walk from the train station, short walk from restaurants and old town. Nice, clean, well equipped apartment.

Additional 10EUR fee for 'late' (20:50) check-in. Noise from the street, but it's to be expected in such location. Dirty glass
