Great location for walks into the town center Great (modern) bathroom

The flat is very dark with only windows to an inner courtyard. Since it's a first floor and the courtyard is tiny, surrounding buildings high. It wasn't a very nice feeling.

Pros: • Spacious, clean, bright, and modern room with a comfortable bed. • The host is always available and responsive, even at night, and is very friendly and welcoming. • You can enjoy free tea, coffee, and pastries. Cons: • We stayed for just one night with my husband. While we were provided with two sets of towels, the single-use toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, and other essentials) were only available for one person. After a long journey, we were too exhausted to address this issue, but it was still an unpleasant surprise. • While we couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms, we could hear everything happening outside, which was quite disruptive and made it difficult to fall asleep. • The room is very bright, which is great during the day, but at night, it remains too illuminated due to the indicator lights on switches and the air conditioner, as well as the fact that the curtains don’t fully block out external light. If you’re sensitive to light and sound, the street noise and brightness might cause significant discomfort. • The check-out time is very early (10 AM) and cannot be extended, even by 30 minutes. If you are staying for just one night and have a later departure, you won’t be allowed to stay in the room even briefly due to strict cleaning schedules. This was hard to believe, especially since check-in is at 3 PM—cleaning a relatively small room for five hours doesn’t seem entirely reasonable. Instead, we were offered to leave our luggage in the hallway. This was a serious downside for us, as it made it difficult to get enough rest and pack comfortably. We have stayed in other apartments in Cagliari with a 10 AM check-out, but in those cases, we were allowed to stay longer upon request, which we greatly appreciated. Those hosts were much more accommodating, and we were able to find a compromise.

The host Daniele is very friendly and helpful. He allowed to leave my suitcase in the property few hours ahead of the check in time. Daniele responded to all queries very quickly and sent clear check in instructions. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable.
