Spacious, location, the shower and facilites.

The sheets and towels smelled really bad, I guess they had not been allowed to dry properly. If noise bothers you when you sleep, the street that leads to the living room is noisy and so is the refrigerator.

Roberto responds quickly to messages. He was very accommodating and alow for us to check in earlier than the indicated time and also helped us book a taxi to the airport in the early morning. The apartment is very well kept, the location is fantastic and super convenient. You can walk to the city center, to the market or to the embankment within 10 - 15 minutes. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The shower is spacious and clean. The bed mattresses are very comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. Internet is fast. I highly recommend this apartment!

Throwing out the trash turned out was complicated for me, as I missed the schedule.

Super central location. Very nicely furnished apartment. Quiet, even though you're on a busy road. Comfortable beds. Private parking is a life saver in this part of town. The host was very responsive and gave really detailed information.

Access to the underground parking is very tight, so a small car is ideal. (But we were super grateful for the private car park and we were warned in advance) Not much natural light but if you're out most of that day is not a problem at all.

Great location, very well equipped apartment, private parking available, really good place to stay in Cagliari.
