Muy bien situado y el apartamento es cómodo y bien distribuido. Hay un armario en el patio de entrada para poder dejar las hamacas y sombrillas. Hay aire acondicionado que da un plus de comodidad.

Es un 4 piso sin ascensor. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta. A la ropa de cama guardada en los armarios le hace falta una limpieza. Tuvimos que lavar unas sábanas para ponerlas en el sofá cama y también las toallas. Eso tiene que mejorar. Por lo demás el apartamento estaba limpio
