"Overall nice apartment (with some room for improvement)"

The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the beach and the town center. The free parking option is very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped too.

First impression was great, but at a closer look we didn't think the apartment was super clean. There was hair sticking to the bathroom walls and ceiling and the cabinet handles felt sticky too. The mattress of the bed was comfortable, but the bedding material wasn't high quality (it wasn't cotton, but made out of a material mix including polyester).
