Great terrace; Located on the “wrong side of the town”, but still in a good place and you feel safe there.

Grocery store near, public transport stop also near, no problem finding parking spot - parking for free (June 2023).

At the time of the stay (June 2023) the building was undergoing attic renovations. This means noise, dirt and cigarette smoke. From 06:00 (yes, 6 o'clock in the morning!) we were woken up by very noisy workers. After all, why not shout when you're starting your shift, right? The terrace was unsafe to use as objects and dirt were falling from the renovation above. It's pretty unfair to sell an apartment knowing the circumstances of the building. I find it hard to believe that they didn't know about the ongoing renovations, after all, they must have seen what was going on in the building when they were preparing the apartment. Not a single shelf to put things on in the bathroom, need to have them on the floor and also no towel rack. Couch hadn't been cleaned in a long time, pretty dirty. We didn't use it at all.
