Cómoda ubicación, cerca de la playa

It was very big apartament so that what great.

Lot of mosquitoes so we couldn’t sleep well. And from downstairs from the street the canalisation was smelling so bad that we could even in 4 floor smell it. The owner didn’t explain well where are the kyes this supposed to be on photo and he should send it email where exactly are the keys in the box. And if u rent a car very big problem with the parking front of the apartment. Always no parking place.

El apartamento se encuentra en una muy buena ubicación lo cual nos permitió movernos a toda la isla en un tiempo razonable, la zona dispone de todos los servicios necesarios. La casa era tal cual las fotos, dispone de todos los útiles necesarios para una estancia de unos días. La zona no es ruidosa, nos pilló en unas fiestas pero aquello no tuvo un impacto negativo. Tanto el check in como el check out se realizó mediante una cajita de seguridad lo cual nos ofrece mayor flexibilidad.

La primera noche cuando llegamos tuvimos una reacción alérgica/picaduras al dormir en la cama matrimonial, pedimos al propietario que cambiara las sábanas de todas las camas ya que esto nos pasa cuando hay acumulación de polvo y de ácaros. Pese a que nos cambiaron las sábanas, no nos fue posible dormir en la cama matrimonial ya que teníamos la misma reacción y, por ello, tuvimos que dormir en las camas individuales de la segunda hab las 3 personas que nos habíamos hospedado no pudiendo descansar bien durante nuestras vacaciones. Disponíamos de un sofá cama que al momento de intentar utilizar, encontramos lleno de arena y una sábana arrugada que aparentaba uso. Ante la presencia de mosquitos y falta de mosquiteras, nuestro descanso fue mucho peor. Por último creemos que habría sido conveniente mayor comunicación por parte del propietario ya que tampoco hubo seguimiento tras comunicarle el problema de los ácaros/polvo en la cama, así como tampoco hubo comunicación ni en la llegada ni en la salida.

Location: walked a few steps to the beach for a swim every day. Choices of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, shops … all in walking distance. Kitchen: Well equipped and functioning with everything needed, including scissors, knifes, cutting board, bottle opener, salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil, … Apartment: great choice of furnitures, bed/matrace, cozy decoration. Elevator access, WiFi, TV, … Summary: felt like home:)

The place has a bug problem!

The kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked almost every night and it was awesome. You have everything, from dishwasher to blender, microwave, oven, coffee machine. The size of the flat is perfect and the location is amazing. Close to the beach and also to the bus station.

The shower curtain was mouldy, maybe it would be good to change it. The walls are super thin and the windows as well. So you can hear everything, especially because there is a school on the other side of the street and it sounds like the kids are playing literally next to your bed. But I guess that's typical for Spain. The blinds in the bedroom are a bit annoying because it's hard to open the window, but they do their job and keep the room dark

A really big, nice and fully equipped apartment in a good location.

Nice and spacious apartment almost next to the beach, close to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Public bus stop is also very close as taxi staition is.

I asked about the possibility of late check-out: later than 11:00AM. I was said it was not possible. Indeed, the cleaning lady came to the apartment at 10:20 and said, I should have left because check-out time was 10:00AM. When I said it was 11:00AM, she said, I was wrong. Then I wanted to show her my booking reservation that clearly says 11:00, she apologised and left. Of course we left the apartment at 11:00AM.
