"There was no one available or reachable on the functional numbers provided by the host."

There was none

The customer service was not reachable and I spent the first night in a hotel with my family. I do not recommend the services of key sleeps to anyone as they a scam. They extorted money from me for a night I spent out of the facility and have refused to reimburse me.

"Bad"

Quiet neighbourhood.

No air conditioning. Extremely hot bedrooms which are very small as well. Filthy house. Bad smell from kitchen (plumbing/pipes for washing machine) which chokes the whole house at night when windows are closed. Bought vacuum cleaner, bed sheets and pillows just to make my family's stay bearable. There is a broken coffee table which almost injured my foot when trying to clean up. Filthy sofa with old piece of pizza stuck underneath the cushions. Dirty scatter pillows. Bathroom was dirty. Carpets filthy and stained. No WiFi or cable tv. Couldn't watch any channel the entire stay. On the day of check in, I raised these issues with the Team, both by telephone and email and sent pictures of the state of property. I even requested to be moved to alternative accommodation but to no avail. Some person called Robyn was dealing with our 'issue'. Spoilt holiday for me and my family. On day of check out, my family was hounded out of the accommodation like common trespassers because we hadn't given prior notice for late check out. No one bothered to call. We were not even made aware of a late check out fee of £20 per hour. Very poor, unproffessional staff with no customer care at all! I regret booking this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.😡
