Beech Court is in an excellent position, close to shops and restaurants, buses and trains. It’s a nice quiet and comfortable place to stay. It is clean and well equipped. Dunblane is an interesting place to visit with excellent riverside walks.

Location, cleanliness, value for money

Every time bathroom light was switched on during the night the fan continued to hum for a good 10 mins after, which disrupted my sleep.

Spacious, quiet, comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Ideal location for buses and trains.

Extremely low hot water pressure made it very difficult to wash/rinse long hair properly in the shower. It also meant that it took an age to get enough hot water to even half fill a basin in the kitchen for dishes.

Loved the views and the location. Stayed here whilst we did renovations to our home, live and brought up in Dunblane, I have never seen Dunblane from that position, views over chimney pots, so beautiful, very Christmassy!
