The Loft at Strathardle - Lochside Apartment, Isle of Skye

The Loft space is a well-designed, elegantly laid out, spacious, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay. Amenities were considered, with numerous thoughtful details and for all kinds of weather. Basic provisions were included which was really appreciated. The views from all the windows are stunning. WiFi was excellent particularly for the rest day i had planned which enabled me to work. Great communication by Carys re arrival and directions. Location was remote which i enjoyed. But also close enough to key skye locations.

We had an absolutely fantastic time here! The accommodation was very clean, cozy, and the perfect base for our daily road trips. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and self-catering. The hosts were lovely and the location is just great. A quick additional note for future guests: the Wifi connection is actually very good now!

We loved our stay! Carys and Bill were amazing to us, and we felt so welcomed! The house is wonderful, super comfortable, and has everything we needed for a very peaceful holiday. Besides being super cozy, the house has an incredible ocean view! Thank you, Carys and Bill, for everything! We hope to come back one day!

De rustige locatie aan een baai met zicht op een veld vol schapen en lammetjes is geweldig, Ook zijn er veel soorten vogels in de omgeving. Het ruime appartement is verder zeer volledig ingericht. De eigenaar had ook al wat lekkere dingetjes, brood en beleg voor ons klaar staan. Het is een geweldige plek om te verblijven op het mooie Ilse of Skye.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was very well kitted out, comfortable, and in very good condition.

There were a lot of sloping ceilings being a loft apartment, so we both bumped our heads a lot especially at first. You couldn't see out much from inside the apartment as there were only velux windows in the roof plus a window in the kitchen and bedroom

The location was very good, the loft was very well equipped, you can notice that they put a lot of effort in the loft, very clean and well insulated cold and noise. The views were very nice.
