El apartamento es grande y tiene todas las comodidades.

Lo único que eché en falta es una plaza de parking más grande. Mi coche entraba muy justito.

Todo en general. El apartamento estaba PERFECTO. Muy bien decorado y con muchos detalles. La terraza muy bien acondicionada y muy cómoda.

Nos gustó todo.

El mirador y que está muy bien equipado tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agusto

La ubicación aunque está cerca de todo el apartamento está en pendiente lo que lo hace un poco incómodo

Stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and thought it was definitely good value for money. There are two double bedrooms, one of which has a good sized en suite. Air conditioning throughout the apartment and the bedroom which had the en suite also had a ceiling fan. The apartment had a good sized living area with a dining table, sofa and TV which led out onto the enclosed balcony which had sliding windows which you could open. You could see the whole of Benidorm and the sea from the balcony which was lovely. The apartment was on the 3rd floor of the building but there are 2 lifts that you're able to use. Overall the it was very clean and had everything you needed.

The apartment itself didn't have any negatives in my opinion. However, the biggest negative of this apartment is the location. It is located up a very steep hill which meant we didn't travel back and to from the apartment much throughout the day as it was tiring and time consuming if you did it multiple times a day. So we tended to stay out all day once we left in the morning. Luckily we are fairly young and active but if you are elderly or got walking difficulties then I would definitely not recommend staying here unless you have a car or got a mobility scooter. If it wasn't for the location I would have given this apartment 10/10 but the location let it down for me. But still an overall score of 8/10 is good. If you are active and don't mind walking up hills then yes it's a great apartment and value for money but just something to bare in mind.

Situación. Para llegar caminando hay que subir una buena pendiente. La plaza de garaje es súper estrecha y muy incómoda para meter el coche

The ensuite shower didnt work water trickled out and didn't get hot needs investigating. Also up a bit of a hill so as asthmatic was a bit of a struggle walking up and down. The 2nd bedroom the bed was not comfortable. Needs a topper or different matress
