Beautiful 2BR Unit next to Myers Park Zodiak Stays

Location was great.

Check in process was a nightmare. When traveling internationally and having a hire care. The key pick up location was a long way from the apartment. There was no where to park to unload bags. Only one set of keys to use amongst our adult family. The second bedroom was not really a bedroom but an alcove with a sliding door. Hot and stuffy with no aircon or heating. No onsite parking made it more stressful to locate this ourselves. A recommended park would have been a more personal touch. I would have hated to have done this with just one or two people as who would have watched our car and luggage whilst loading/unloading the car. Over the top measures for checking in. Especially when we were not able to have reliable internet access. A key safe at the apartment would be much better.

Room size, security and the environment of this apartment was good. There was no noise in the flat during our stay.

There was only one problem. After the end of our stay the management company of the apartment contacted us. It said, "We will charge you for repairing a light somewhere in your room that is no longer on after your post-occupancy inspection." This was the case. When we checked the room before we left there was nothing wrong with it and it was in the same condition as when we entered. However, there was one thing that concerned us when we entered the room. That was that the bedside table lamps in the bedrooms (two rooms) both had poor contact and did not turn on immediately. So we did not use them. I think the problem is that they did not check them properly when we entered the room and rented them out. The key to the room was handed over from the unmanned office.

Was a nice simple modern stylish flat that was quiet provided all needs alot more than some other places and view was decent depends what side you get

The washer/dryer wasn't the best. parking isn't very trust worthy and a bit pricy because property unfortunately doesn't have carparks around . Wasn't the easiest to find especially considering have to Goto 2 seperate building to get keys did make our traveling a bit more stressful and unnecessary
