Central location of Auckland Central

Location was excellent as it was next to where i was working for the wekend. Property was clean and tidy.

Shower is good for anyone under 100kg and bathroom was compact with shower door stopping on toilet when you got in and out. The mattress was worn & hard on my back. (I was happy my work finished early so i could drive home so i didn't have to sleep on it again) Dining table and chairs felt like they would break if any real pressure was put on them.

Location was perfect. Good description for access etc.

Shower needs a bit of maintenance.

It was a nice clean modern apartment, in a very central location. Excellent value for money.

Great location, we were sightseeing most days so was more just for sleeping. Could do with a fan in the bathroom.

Chairs at table feel a little flimsy.

The location is excellent for CBD. The tiny apartment is great for one or two people. We had room to dump our many bags and still feel we had space. The building itself has some poor reviews on Google, but these are few and generally from people who had a bad experience with other landlords or property agencies. Martin, the landlord for this apartment, can be trusted. Good communication, clear instructions, responsive. For the price we paid we were very happy to have access to hob, oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine and (upside down haha) tumble dryer. We had had enough of eating our and happy to be able to cook again. Washing clothes before the journey home was a relief! The view is great from the 17th floor, and if you're lucky you will see people doing the sky jump from the tower. It's right outside the window.

The apartment needs an injection of love (and money!) as it is a bit tired looking. But more importantly the available kitchen resources badly need replacing. The frying pans are old and worn. There was just one drying towel and an old looking dish sponge. All the random utensils and cutlery etc looked like they had been grabbed quickly from the nearest op shop. There are no 'nice touches' here - no tourist information, no cartons of UHT milk for your morning cup of tea, only a few staples like salt, pepper and maybe one or two other things left by previous occupants. We were also surprised when Martin arrived through the door at 10am on the dot to start the cleaning as we were about to leave. That was very odd.

Le logement est idéalement situé au Centre Ville d'Auckland pour visiter la ville et prendre bus et ferry pour visiter les environ.

Un peu bruyant malgré le 17ème étage et le matelas n'est pas très confortable
