The property was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is superb and the host was extremely helpful both prior to our visit and during. Oleg’s son met us early to hand us the keys and show us to the accommodation. I won’t hesitate to book again when we return to Benidorm.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional!

You couldn’t get a batter location! You are incredibly close to the main bars/ restaurants as well as the beach and supermarket. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Oleg was incredibly accommodating when we arrived early.

Location was fantastic and had everything needed for a good short break. Lift was always in working order also.

Really picky, however the pillows in the room weren’t great at all.

The location is wonderful: -Very close to the beach (you can see it from the window) 3 to 5 min walk. -Just next to the building there are many restaurants, Pubs and Cabaret. Very animated area. -20 min walk on a beautiful Corniche to get to the city center. -Bus stations is just nearby. The Appart is good: -You found there all what you need, you don't need to bring anything with you. -All the facilities described were found and in a good shape. The host was waiting for us for more than an hour (flight delay) yet he was so kind to answer all our questions and advice us about a near parking.

It's very difficult to find a park spot in the street. If you are lucky to find one, then the max time allowed is 2 hours for 1€. There is a parking near by (5min walk under the Casino) which was the cheapest one (16€ the 24Hour or 1.6€ the hour)
