Everything was well explained, the place was well equipped with all kitchen stuff, there were heaters working, good breakfast, parking place. Beds very comfortable, everything extremely clean. Hot water, hair dryer.Highly recommended!

The property has all you need to enjoy as a base for your trips to explore the Highlands. Beautiful places to reach in a good distance and time ( Torridon, Assynt, Cairngorms, Wick & Thurso... ) Good communication with the owner - quick response. Allocated parking next to the house. Peaceful place away from the busy Inverness centre, but not too far to get in the city. Plenty of cereals, butter and coffee sachets available in the kitchen. Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, spare towels and linen, pillows in case we need them. Heating was working well and quickly same as ventilation as every room incl. bathroom has a window.

Breakfast included we expected a fresh breakfast daily, then got explained that there are cereals ( plenty ), butter, jam/marmalade...which we were ok with as it was an extra addition anyway so not really dislike, just misunderstanding by the description - expectation. There was a starter pack incl. biscuits and bread, but the bread was opened and had expire date the same day we arrived.

We had the whole house to ourselves. It was in excellent condition. Food for breakfast was there for us too. A good quality bed gave us a good night's sleep. Off street parking was available. A TV with Netflix was offered if we wanted to use it. Simple information was given for entry and we had a contact number if there were any issues. We had none.

The listing photo showed more options for the provided breakfast, but there was just a loaf of bread, some butter and marmalade, instant coffee, sugar, and a few small boxes of rice cereal.
