Ferienhaus Eberbach

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Eberbach. Die Unterkunft war sauber, preis-Leistung war in Ordnung. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Lösung des kleinen problems.

Nic sa nám nepáčilo. Tento pán nás okradol o 400 eur!! Pred ubytovaním si vyžaduje depozit vo výške 200e ale za každý apartmán zvlášť..vraj je to v podmienkach v ktorych to nie je.. všetko zariadenie je staré.. kľučka od dverí vam zostane v ruke.. dvere v kúpeľni vypadávajú z pántov.. rúra bola špinavá..vchodové dvere sa zasekavaju a nenechal nam ani kluce od bytu az po hodine pisania.. po odchode mojich zamestnancov tvrdil ze zničili ubytovanie a ze môžme byt radi ze nám neuctuje este poplatky navyše a necháva si celý depozit.. komunikácia snim bola otrasná.. je to klamár a podvodník

Nem volt teggeli. A környék kiváló

Az ágynemű dohos szagú volt, és a párna kényelmetlen. Összesen két törölközőt kaptam 5 napra. A kauciót csak akkor kaptam vissza, ha felsepertem, felmostam, az edényeket visszaraktam a szekrénybe, az ágyneműt lehúztam. Ezeket az utasításokat telefon kaptam. A kauciót csak hazaérkehésem után kaptam meg.

Functional, with décor that feels like IKEA decorated by grandma. Cosy, clean, and homely – just missing the smell of freshly baked cake.

After paying in full, you still have to send grandma a PayPal security deposit to get the door code. There’s a €60 cleaning fee, yet you’re still expected to sweep, wash dishes, and strip the bed. No complementary tea, coffee, or water – just a tiny soap. Would I return? Only if grandma invites me… and leaves out cake and coffee. The location was the best.

It wasn’t what we expected, it wasn’t fully setup for guest, the accommodation was very lacking as far as items in the kitchen and no window covering, water leaks in the bathroom, door locks very hard to open and bedroom door handle fell off the first day, overall it was a nice place with the location of Eberbach , very quiet and peaceful.

the property was run down and seedy plastic table cloth old and had a hole in it the table seating was poor with cloth hanging down from bench seats the shower was broken when we arrived some one came unanonced a few dats later to fix it NO info about arrival one of us had to wait in until it had been fixed floor covering in seating area was horrible more suitable to a garage floor it was up on a second floor which were not aware of my husband is 92 we had to find somewhere else to stay as he could not cope with the stairs outside the property a group of men sat smoking which we had to walk it made the area unpleasent the seating area had no outlook only on to and into other properties we were expected to strip bed and SWEEP FLOORS WITH A HAND BROOM EVEN AFTER WE HAD PAID A CLEANNING FEE OF 50euros
