Apartamento con encanto en Badalona

La terraza era grande y la cocina estaba bien, es espacioso, y la atención vía whatsapp es excelente, nos hicieron caso a nuestros comentarios al momento.

Es muy caro para lo que es, no se ve como en las fotos, en el baño de abajo el lavamanos no tragaba, las duchas se tuercen un poco, y la ducha de arriba a veces le costaba tragar, pusieron unicamente dos ros rollos de papel higienico para 7 personas y dos baños, no habia casi platos, no habia detergente para el lavavjillas, la casa tenia trastos de los inquilinos, no tiene ascensor solo nos dieron una llave para 7 personas, una cama se estaba desaciendo la madera, y algunas eran mas comodas que otras, el mando del aire no funciona.

Situation géographique, très bien situé à Badalona. La terrasse est superbe, dommage qu'elle soit couverte et qu'on ne puisse pas admirer le ciel, surtout en soirée.

La salle de bain du bas sent mauvais. L'étage du haut est totalement ouvert... pas d'intimité. Deux lits du haut ne sont vraiment pas confortables.

The host Natalia was wonderful good communication skills . The location was wonderful - shops near by ,beach ⛱️ 10 mins walking . Beds were so comfy. Train was near by This is a property with open plan so no doors to the bedrooms. No Privacy in the apartment So it was definitely a family holiday

The main front door if locked , you need the key to get out - with a family of 7 adults this was a fire hazard - this needs reviewing. The terrace had a different display photo so it needs updating . Clients need to be told that there are two flights of stairs - especially if traveling with small children

A lovely top floor apartment with balcony right on top of the Metro station to head into Barcelona and only 10 minutes walk from the shops and beach. Open plan/mezzanine floor meant our family & friends group had privacy whilst still being in contact, whether someone was on the balcony or in the kitchen we were all able to chat and enjoy each others' company.

Although there were some minor maintenance issues at the end of a busy tourist season, such as lightbulbs that needed replacing, this did not spoil our enjoyment of our stay.

Výborná lokalita. Klidné místo, přitom velmi blízko metro, pláž Platja de lÉstació, obchod s potravinami. kavárna a pekárna.

W dwóch sypialniach wyraźne ślady czarnej pleśni na ścianach. Okropny zapach pleśni. Zepsute drzwi do łazienki. Popsute krzesło. Czarne od pleśni plamy na fugach w kuchni i w łazienkach Zniszczone meble kuchenne Taras wygląda inaczej, widok zasłonięty przez parawan Inna kanapa w salonie

Beds were comfy

NOT suitable or safe for young children. There is an open balcony in one bedroom, with a 3 metre drop into the is extremely dangerous and NONE of the bedrooms have any doors!! and there are no stair gates so it was really not safe for my grandchildren. Plus the veranda looks NOTHING Like the photos, it is all closed in and dark, the photos are inaccurate. Four sets of stairs to get into apartment so make sure you're all fit. Broken chair, so only 3 chairs for 7 people! Surfaces were dirty. But really main concern was safety and nowhere nice to sit with a 'city' view as described. We spent ALL of our time away from apartment except to sleep. I never like to leave bad reviews, I travel a LOT, but these photos need updating, and people should be made aware of dangerous open plan stairs in apartment and dangerous bedroom balcony :(
