Of all the amazing places we stayed during our two-week adventure in Italy, this B&B truly stood out—not just for the comfort or location, but because of Franco and Rossana. These two are the heart and soul of the place, and meeting them was one of the highlights of our entire trip. They are the kind of people who instantly make you feel welcome, like old friends, and remind you of the goodness that exists in the world. The B&B itself is in a quiet, peaceful area, yet still very centrally located—perfect for exploring the region. Our suite was spacious, with two bedrooms, a cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved having the freedom to prepare breakfast on our own schedule with the generous supply of breakfast items and coffee stocked in the kitchen. What made our stay truly special was the personal touch. Franco and Rossana took the time to show us around and make sure we had everything we needed. On the morning we left, they made us espressos and invited us to sit on the patio for a lovely chat. My husband and Franco spent time looking over a map together, as Franco thoughtfully helped us plan the next leg of our journey. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to feel cared for. We left with full hearts and a deep appreciation for the people behind the experience. Don’t miss the chance to stay here!

We loved everything from the comfort, cleanliness and overall standard of the B&B all the way to the kindness and hospitality of the hosts, Franco and Rosana, who helped my friend and I plan a challenging hike.

Rossana and Franco are amazing hosts, sweet, warm people and very caring 😍 We had a crazy event at Stelvio pass (bus stuck on tunnel ahead of us) causing a big delay to our arrival till 4AM and they were super accommodating and helpful, thank you again! The apartment is spacious and adorable! Amazing cake made by Rossana that our girls loved! Great dark blinds for windows were awesome! We loved their hospitality and our stay:)

Everything was great. A very nice clean apartment, perfect place for an overnight stay, equipped with all stuff you may need to feel comfortable. Friendly and hospitable hosts. We stayed there for a night during our trip around the Como lake. We could not find any open restaurant in the neighborhood on Tuesday night. To our great surprise all of them were closed. So we just got pizzas to take away and enjoyed them in this cosy apartment.
