Loft im Denkmal

Very spacious room with high ceilings for 4 people and big kitchen, also enormous big TV. Good private parking spot and kind of interesting room decorations. Big bathroom as well

— there was a problem on the day of arrival: all roads were blocked due to the local event til 9 PM and host didn’t warned us about this and we were on a car. Host never responded to my complain and this kind of attitude is disappointing — big kitchen with capsule coffee machine and everything but it doesn’t have even a tea bag or granule coffee or even a 1-2 coffee capsules. Really? I haven’t seen that in a long time. Different capsule coffee machines use different capsules and brands, how it could be expected from the guest to bring their own? — it’s located next to the railroad and you can hear the trains

It’s spacious

Honestly, it was probably the creepiest place I’ve ever slept in. The loft itself is not cozy. Entering the building in the dark I didn’t feel safe, as it is super dark, with rats running around in the parking lot. The place had mold in the shower and surfaces were sticky. My wife barely slept due to constant trains passing throughout the night just outside the window and creepy sounds from around the apartment. The location is fine, in a nice suburban district, but if you are there when visiting Dresden, evaluate the long traveling distance to the city. The host was not in the city during our stay to assist with issues, but responded in a few hours. Entrance to the loft is quite frightening overall, I recommend arriving before it gets dark.

Nice modern loft, big one, fully equipped kitchen and big tv. Private parking availability

As mentioned by others-trains passing just near the window, you can sleep only if windows are closed. But it didn’t really bother me. What bothered me is that the Half of the bed upstairs makes noises every single time when you move during the night and you wake up. The mattress/bed definitely needs to be changed. There was no hairdryer, we wrote to the owner but didn’t get the answer.

The building and the loft are amazing.

Utensils in kitchen of poor quality, dirty pan in drawer, smelly bathroom so you need to switch vent on all the time.

What a wonderful apartment! Spacious, superb interior design. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Rail track adds character to the property. Wonderful to see the trains go past often. Fantastic host, great communication

Clean and big

There is a capsule coffee machine provided, but no capsules available in the loft. The door is a bit difficult to open for a lady.

Very beautiful apartment, good location. Train line is close, but for us it was ok.

It would be nice to have conditioner in future.
