Des voisins dans le logement qui viennent fumer leur clope sur le perron de la maison. C'est franchement bof. Après ils n'étaient pas méchants, mais je ne m'attendait pas à cela : ce n'était pas du tout indiqué dans la description.

Dear Property Owner, We are currently staying at your holiday rental and unfortunately feel compelled to express our dissatisfaction with the condition of the accommodation. The cleanliness of the property falls far below what we would reasonably expect, particularly considering the price we paid. The sofa was dirty and covered with crumbs upon our arrival, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment is poor. Most concerningly, there appears to be mold in the bathroom, which is unacceptable from both a hygiene and comfort perspective. In addition, we experienced significant noise disturbances during the night. There was an extremely loud noise at around 2:00 a.m. that woke us up, and noise from other occupants in the building further affected our ability to rest and enjoy our stay. As paying guests, we expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodation. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience. We therefore believe it is reasonable to request a partial refund as compensation for the poor condition of the property and the disruption to our stay. We have documented the issues and would prefer to resolve this matter amicably. We would appreciate your prompt response and a proposal for an appropriate refund. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, we will have no choice but to reflect our experience accurately in our reviews on the relevant booking and review platforms. Grote ruimtes, een ruime tuin en terras (maar toen wij er waren was de tuin niet onderhouden)
