Very old house built three hundred years ago.

Our experience at this apartment was horrible. We were a group of six people, and upon arrival, we were informed that the water would only be heated at night, around 5 am, due to high energy costs. Furthermore, we were limited to just 40 minutes of hot water usage per day, including the sinks. This was quite absurd, and it was the first time we encountered such a situation. We could understand if the heater took time to heat the water, but limiting our hot water usage to save money was not mentioned in the hotel description at all. Considering we spent around 300 euros per day, not being able to bathe properly was extremely unpleasant. Additionally, the host was very rude. When my wife attempted to lock the door to the apartment, the owner rushed over and told us that if we didn't know how to lock it, he could do it for us, and warned us not to break the lock. It was shocking to think that a door lock could be easily broken by hand, especially by a woman. The host's rudeness made us feel very uncomfortable. Lastly, we booked the apartment for two days, but on the second day, heavy snowfall began. For safety reasons, the host advised us that if we didn't leave, we might not be able to drive back due to the mountain road being covered in snow. We agreed that it would be dangerous to drive in such conditions, so we decided to book another hotel and not stay for the second day. Since it was already the end of April, the host had only mentioned the need for tire chains during winter. In such extreme weather, we believed it would have been reasonable to negotiate a refund or partial refund, as this condition was not properly mentioned in the description or advised by the host. However, the host assumed that I hadn't read the hotel description, was very rude, and refused to provide a refund. I strongly advise avoiding this apartment if at all possible.

The location amazing, the view for the lake and mountains is exeptional. A renovated and modernized aparment in a couple hundred old cottage by lovely and really helpful hosts. Thanks for the life advises in Switzerland for Florian :)

The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, going over everything about the house in great detail. This farmhouse boasts a breathtaking view of the mountains and the lake. We felt at home because the house had everything we needed in a neat and complete manner. Additionally, they provide guests with a discounted rate for paragliding, which turned out to be a birthday present for my son. The best lodging for our family in Switzerland was the Swiss farmhouse, where we had an experience of a lifetime. This location is highly recommended for those who want to drive through the mountain's farm area in a challenging manner. One of the attractions my kids still remember is Thomas the Cat.

None at all; this Swiss farmhouse is amazing and gave us amazing memories. To take advantage of all the activities around Lake Lucerne, I wish I had reserved a longer stay.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble from the start of our stay. Any questions or queries we had were answered easily and enthusiastically, and were super helpful during our stay.

There was nothing to not like!

Really nice and quiet location to enjoy morning breakfast or having glass of wine in the evening while having perfect view. Hosts were just lovely and were more than happy to give local tips which were more than welcome. Overrall we had a really nice stay, if only we could stay longer... would definitely recommend.
