"Lokacija top, odnos cene i kvaliteta nije srazmeran"

Lokacija je odlična, pogled sa terase top

Objekat je na dobroj lokaciji, dobre strukture , odvojena spavaća soba. Ali stan je prilično pohaban , dosta toga polomljeno i nameštaj je verovatno dugo u funkciji izdavanja pa nije tako udoban. Mislim da odnos cene i kvaliteta nisu u razmeri. Imali smo problema sa internetom, ali je domaćin u kasnim večernjim satima doneo svoj ruter da bi imali internet.

Очень чёткое поселение и сопровождение от менеджера жилья. Хороший район, шаговая доступность до большого торгового комплекса, хороший вид из окна, подземный паркинг. Рядом много небольших кафе и магазинов.

Квартира уже весьма "убитая". Много мелких повреждений. Запах пыли, нет ощущения чистоты. Если просто переночевать - ещё ок, но долго находиться в городе с таким жильём - невозможно. Чтобы сдавать за эту цену - менеджерам нужно сделать там капитальный ремонт и уборку.

Lokacija je odlična, zgrada ima pored maxi, teretanu, dry cleaning, parking, sve je blizu odatle pešaka. Apartman je super prostran, čist, vrlo povoljan za tu cenu i lokaciju. Gazda je vrlo ljubazan, sta god mi je zatrebalo bio je na raspolaganju uvek, svaka čast stvarno sve pohvale! Ostala sam 5 dana u objektu, super jeee
