Small beds,we came with car and they didnt alow to came in 1min before 14:00h,

I asked for details about where the parking lot was exactly. I didn't get any answer (picture 1) and I thought it would be easy to find the parking lot. It wasn't. To access the parking you have to go to the reception of the building but to go to the reception you have to park somewhere. It was awful until we found a place to park. At the reception I was told that the room was not ready and that I had to wait another hour even though it was 1:40 PM. On Booking it says that check-in is from 2 PM. I requested a check-in between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM and I also received confirmation that it was possible. (picture 2) At the reception I was told that I had reserved parking space 35 and to speak to the parking security to let me in. No other explanation. I entered the parking lot. They were looking for the space in a huge parking lot. Our luck was that, after about 20 minutes of searching, a gentleman who was cleaning appeared and showed us where the space was. After we parked, we couldn't get out of the parking lot because the doors had a card and we didn't have one. We waited about 10 minutes until a young lady appeared who was nice and walked with us to the door and opened it for us with her card. When we got to the room, after it was cleaned, we found what you see in pictures 3-9. Cracked sink, stained bathtub, empty bottle behind the couch... Because there was a malfunction in the pipes in the bathroom and water was constantly collecting on the floor, the owner gave us a discount of 33 euros. He gave us a mop to collect the water when it accumulates, but he didn't give us a bucket to wring the mop into. I should have picked it up and wrung it out by hand, but it was miserable and I was disgusted. (photos 10,11)

Easy to reach, responsive owners, overall will come again when in Belgrade!
