The apartment was very nice and cozy, and everything was perfect. The location was also convenient, with major services within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely consider staying here again if I return to Helsinki in the future.

The hosts told me that the apartment I reserved was needed repairs and I got a free upgrade to a larger apartment one block away (Eerikinkatu 26 B 32). Keep in mind that this review is about that Roost apartment. Everything worked great, it was stocked with all the consumables I needed including coffee and laundry detergent pods. Great furniture and pristine bathroom. Location is amazing, with everything downtown within walking distance.

The bed is rather soft, I prefer a firmer mattress (it's a matter of personal taste of course). The elevator at Eerikinkatu 26 B was a little finicky.

Central location, Nordic decor

Very small shower. Tv channels didn't work.

Great location.

Communication about the lock code and key was confusing. The electronic gate to access the property stops working after 8pm (20:00h) and this was poorly communicated upfront, resulting in us getting locked out after returning from dinner. Make sure you take the keys with you even though there is electronic access at each entry point. Bed was way too soft for our taste.

Unfortunately the door lock wasn't working when I arrived. But after a call I was helped immediately. Otherwise, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. I'll be happy to come back.

Location & room

Only one elevator. It was out of order over the weekends and not back to operation till check out time on Monday morning. I stayed in level 9 with my wife and my daughter,.. imagine how to handle many heavy suitcases down to ground. No support in this serious issue & the Apartment operator was not responsive, poor service when facility is down, no responsibility at all!

Very quiet,near the city center.

All the basics are there, apartment is clean and with all the basics needed. Good communication with the host, answering all the questions.

Just not many amenities, but all the basics were there.
