Villa Ulisse

Fantastische historische Villa in Herkulaneum, 7 Minuten bis zur S-Bahn, 13 Minuten bis zu den Ausgrabungen. Villa mit viel Charme! Tolle Bäume und Pflanzen auf dem Grundstück. Ein Stück gerettet vom königlichen Neapel, umgeben von modernen Gebäuden. Ruhig, trotz Strassenverkehr, die Fenster sind dicht. Gutes Badezimmer, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir waren im September da, Anfang Oktober, es gibt eine Zentralheizung und eine Klimaanlage, wir haben beides nicht benötigt, es war sehr vom Klima her sehr mild.

Struttura ampia e comoda in un'ottima zona centrale, proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Tolle Lage, fußläufig zur Bahnstation nach Neapel oder direkt zu den Ausgrabungen. Zudem sicheres Parken. Ganz besonders hat uns beeindruckt, dass wir literweise Wasser gekühlt im Kühlschrank vorgefunden haben. Das hat uns bei 37 Grad den Aufstieg auf den Vesuv gerettet! Vielen Dank nochmal!!

Die aktuelle Reinigungskraft sollte entlassen werden. Oder generell eine eingestellt werden.

A helyi viszonyoknál jobban felszerelt és kialakított apartman. Előre bekészített hűtött vízzel fogadtak és még a kávé is fel volt töltve. Új ágyak és mosógép, sok-sok törülközővel. Folyamatosan kapcsolatban voltunk a szállásadóval aki helyismerete segítségével ajánlotta a helyi látnivalókat és éttermeket. Városban mindenhol fizetős a parkolás, a szállás nagy előnye, hogy saját zárt parkolóval rendelkezik.

This was an old and beautiful villa surrounded with a small garden. From the windows we could see Vesuvio and also a glimpse of the gulf of Naples. Big windows replaced the missing balcony. Nice kitchen with enough dishes. Bathroom ok and a window also there.

Great location for a base to explore Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples and the volcano as short distance to train station. Pleanty of super markets, locals bar, cafe and food options.

Convenient location, close to the centre of Ercolano. Lovely lush garden area, beautiful old building, with a traditional style kitchen, and comfortable furniture

Could have done with some more cooking equipment in the kitchen
