Die Wohnung liegt ca 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum Ericeiras entfernt, dort befinden sich zahlreiche nette Läden und Restaurants. Es stehen mehrere Strände zur Auswahl, die zu Fuß oder mit einer kurzen Autofahrt erreicht werden können. Die Wohnung hat einen Tiefgaragenplatz und einen Aufzug. Sie ist sehr groß und weitläufig, komfortabel eingerichtet und bietet zwei Balkone, beide mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hat tolle Tipps für die Gegend und kümmert sich sehr zuvorkommend um seine Gäste. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und empfehlen uneingeschränkt weiter.

Für unseren Geschmack war die Matratze sehr hart, das ist aber eine sehr individuelle Wahrnehmung.

Great place and very sociable owner with a good sense of humor. The apartment is beautiful, it has a spacious balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean and the city. You can admire the sunsets for hours. Inside there is everything you might need, the bed and sofa in the living room are comfortable, no problems with hot water or wi-fi. There is a parking under the building and you get a personal place for your car, it's very convenient. Ericeira is a 30-minute walk from the house, along the beautiful ocean. It was easy to visit Sintra, Lisbon, Cascais from here, but at the same time we lived in a quiet, peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Rui, for your hospitality!

There were not enough sockets for charging batteries for our cameras and laptops, but we always carry extension sockets with us, so it wasn’t a big problem.

The view is phenomenal and the beach is a short walk away. Great space close to lots of interesting things to do and see.

Nothing bad about it

The place was amazing - view was stunning, walking distance to the town center, two balconies facing ocean, lots of space inside, A/C in living room and in bedroom, cosy and comfortable beds, garage and big fenced yard available to park a car. The owner has met us before and after the stay, and we had a pleasant talk and recommendations for dining places. Ericeira is a very nice town. This apartment has met and exceeded our expectations. Thanks Rui for his hospitality - in case we come back to Portugal, we would gladly come back here. 🙂

Spacious apartment with a stunning view

Be sure to bring basics with you like cooking oil, shampoo, bath soap, dish soap (or purchase them at one of the stores nearby)

Rui was extremely welcoming and provided us with lots of helpful hints and our communication was very good, he is a wonderful host. We had nice uninterrupted views from the balcony and plenty of room, it's a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment. We took Rui's number 1 recommendation for dinner and it was very delicious, The Grasshopper! There plenty of kitchen facilities, spacious lounge are and dining table. Having a secure undercover car park was a bonus. Thank you for your friendly disposition Rui.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but the apartment is dated and the cleaner hasn't helped the host with his/her thoroughness in cleaning. We were disappointed there wasn't any dishwasher powder or tablets, we expect these to be supplied, unfortunately we found the previous guests had left dirty utensils, so we needed to wash up before we felt safe to use. It's also unusual not to find shampoo and washing machine liquid detergent or gel pods. It's too difficult to travelling distances with a suitcase to bring all detergents. The access via front door was difficult and troublesome, Rui did advise us it was tricky, but it would be much easier to use a security key entry. We also had to clean the clothes air dryer that was stored on the balcony, it was mouldy. Would suit young surfing couples not fussy on crisp linen and new appliances and facilities.

The property is a short walk along a beach boardwalk to the town and also has a fantastic view of the Sea! It had everything you would need for your stay.

Apparent made with many attention to detail. Really comfortable and elegant. Amazing view from both balcony. We feel really welcome. Recommendations from Rui were helpful. I definitely recommend, and really want to back again, and more than 2 nights to enjoy again this beautiful view and ocean breeze.

One washing powder capsule could make my day even better.
