Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine tres bien la résidencetres bienentretenue, l'appartement est bien situé par rapport à Ericeira et à proximité de Lisbonne et de beaucoup d’endroits à visiter.

L’hébergement nécessiterait qu'elle travaux de rafraîchissement, le mobilier extérieur est sale et en mauvais état il n'y a qu’un transat,il y a peu de vaisselle ce qui nécessite de faire 2 lavage par jour. Le parking à le mérite d'exister mais seulement pour les véhicules de petite taille.

We had a wonderful swimming pool and access to a table tennis table, we made a mistake with the booking and added an extra night to our stay, this was handled very professionaly and without any fuss. The kitchen contained all the necessary equipment to eat in the appartment when required

There was nothing wrong with the appartment it was just very basic. The settee in the lounge was a bed settee which was very uncomfortable whn sitting in an evening The shutter in the kitchen was broken, there were no curtains in the lounge just a curtain pole in the corner of the room. It was obvioul;y a holiday let with no money spent on anything but the basics.There were no loungers on the patio or towels provided for outdoor use.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet and incredibly relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater, a table for dining inside as well as a table and chairs on the verander. Both bedrooms are quite spacious, with wardrobes and the bathroom is clean and modern. The property is like a retreat- no noise. Residents are very respectful. It is an easy walk into town with so many options for eating, having a drink in one of the bars. Parking for a car was super easy. Having a car allowed us to explore up and down the coast, and pop inland as well. This property was so easily accessible.

This property was fabulous. There is a short walk to get to the access pathway down to the beach, and a 15-20 minute walk into town- factor this if you have small children.

We liked the location - excellent. The pool was clean and great to use. the Deck and deck furniture were great. Beatriz was great to work with and we appreciated the accommodation to access the property early at a convenient time. The info she shared with us on local attractions was helpful. She was also super responsive to interaction leading up to our stay and during our stay. Nice to have the coffee station and a dishwasher.

The unit had a musty smell, part may have been the proximity to the ocean and also being on the ground floor. One lamp in each bedroom did not have a power cord so they could not be used. The interior seating was very basic and uncomfortable (ex. couch low to the floor). Pans in the kitchen were a bit tired. It appeared that the wash water to clean the apartment was poured down the shower drain so the shower floor had dirt and hair on it. Great to have a place to park inside however, it was extremely tight to park.

The hostesses were wonderful - they communicated through booking.com message service and were quick to react on all our questions. Also we got very clear instructions on how to arrive, they met us there and answered all of our questions. The location of this place is very comfortable if you are travelling by car. There are both underground and on the street parking options. And Ericeira downtown is not far, by car it's less than 5min and on foot 15-20 min. The closest beach is 10min walk away. The property itself is an apartment complex with closed territory and its own swimming pool which was cleaned every few days. The apartment itself is a good size for a family stay. We were 3 adults and a 2-year-old and we could easily find a place for another adult. The place also had all appliances for a comfortable stay.

As mentioned before, the apartment doesn't have an AC, so there is no way to get cool or warm. For us more important was the warm part, as the temperatures outside could have been a bit warmer. The place itself was a little cool and felt like nobody had lived there for a week or 2 and the air indoors was a bit "old". But that's a quick fix, as we vented the place and it was good in a few hours. I read in other reviews that the mattresses were a bit soft and couldn't understand that. Now I do - the beds are on short legs and the mattresses are very thick, which results in a cushion-like effect. They are soft, but they would be better if they had been not so soft. There is a dish-washer, but there is no washing machine for clothes. As we were staying there for a week, it became an issue. For shorter stays it would not be an issue.
