Ericeira Panoramic Sea View Apartments

The apartment is located fairly well, but it’s about a 20-minute walk to the town center. It’s also pet-friendly, which is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, that’s where the advantages end.

This was the first time in all my years using Booking.com that I had to contact customer support because the property owners took no meaningful action. Several nights were disturbed by unbearable noise from the guests upstairs — drunken shouting, loud parties, even someone moving furniture around at 2 a.m. At first, the owners denied the noise, and then simply stated that “during holidays, parties happen” — as if this were acceptable. However, when booking and again upon arrival, I specifically asked whether the apartment was quiet and was assured that it would be. The sound insulation in the apartment is terrible — I could literally hear word-for-word conversations from above. That also means you hear every bathroom-related sound as well.

Cosy apartment, perfect for 1-2 people. Great location, quiet area. Also great value for money compared to other places. The owner gave me a thorough tour of the apartment and answered any questions I had. Plenty of parking directly infront of apartment. The apartment is also just across the road from the tennis court which has great food / wine / beer

Nothing at all, only small thing was the A/C unit would turn off constantly and I had a hard time changing the temperature on it. But otherwise I would highly recommend staying here.
