Apartment Lovac

The alternative place provided by the host was okay. It was clean and acceptable for a short stay.

After arriving in Belgrade, we called the host for check-in and were informed there was an issue with the original apartment. We were then asked to move to another property. The late notice was inconvenient and could have been communicated much earlier.

The host has requested a 50% advance payment via Western Union directly to a private individual. This payment method is not secure and is outside the platform’s official payment system. Because of this request, I am concerned about potential fraud and do not feel safe proceeding with this reservation.

Well equipped, clean, big enough, good location

The place quite a strong smell of smoke but after a day that subsided.

The Apartman is clean and spacious (except for the bathroom), nicely located, the manager/owner is nice.

The bathroom is extremely small, an adult person can hardly use the toilet. Air Conditioning works, but in a specific way, turning on/of on its own (probably, it's about climate control)

They are SCAMMERS! We read reviews late. All people told that the stuff CHANGED apartment just when they arrived. That happened to us! They told us that we wil get BETTER, BIGGER and LUX APARTMENT instead the one we booked. It's NOT TRUE! We got old dirty apartment! The apartment from pictures on Booking DOESN'T EXIST! Don't get scammed! I would NEVER RECOMMEND this apartment!

We had a reservation for this apartment but ended up in a different one (the owner probably got a better deal outside of the Booking platform). We were told that we would get a more luxurious and overall better apartment instead, but that was a lie. They even suggested that by giving us the "more luxurious" apartment, we should give up our reservation for the original one (which I didn’t do because I was suspicious of where we would be placed). I wouldn't have minded switching apartments, even for a worse one, if the owner had honestly explained the situation to me. However, since they seemed to think I'm below average IQ, all I can give in return is this low rating.
