The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Paula was on top of communication with us and went out of her way to be accommodating and ensure our stay was spectacular. TikLiving is right in the center of town and everything you will want to see and do while in Ericeria is easy walking distance. Staying here was the highlight of our all our stays in Portugal.

As a few others have pointed out, TikLiving is right in center of the town and there is some noise from the restaurants below. That being said, we would stay here again without hesitation.

Everything, amazing location and apartment. We can’t wait to re book this!

Its convenient position

The amount of stairs but I have a breathing problem

Die Wohnung war hübsch und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin freundlich. Alles war fussläufig gut zu erreichen.

Leider war es wegen der umliegenden Clubs und Bars abends/nachts sehr laut. Den Meerblick konnte man ab Mittag nur bei geschlossenem Fenster genießen, weil die Abluft der umliegenden Restaurants die Umgebung durchzog.

Es ist schwierig weil es soviel gute Faktoren gab und die Unterkunft eigentlich supertoll ist. Das große Appartement hat sozusagen zwei Einheiten. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit Dusche, Toilette ausgestattet, der 2te Teil des Appattements hat Küche und eigenes Badezimmer. Die Lage wäre super, das Apartment ist super ausgestattet und hübsch. Die BeItzerin ist sehr nett. Doch das Lokal unterhalb ist so laut, dass es unmöglich ist zu schlafen, trotz gut isolierter Fenster.

Leider kann die Apartment Besitzerin nichts dafür. Wir haben es auch in anderen Bewertungen gelesen, dass es laut ist. Das Problem ist nur dass der Lärm ( bis 1 Uhr Nachts wäre ok) bis min. 3 Uhr zu. Und nicht gemäßigt laut, sondern wirklich laut. Wenn du eine Partymaus bist go for it. Und es tut mir leid für die Bewertung weil das Appartement an sich sehr toll ist. Aber auch bei geschlossenem Fenstern kein Schlaf.

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber ! Empfehlenswert!!

Man muss wissen , dass die Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum liegt und durch die Restaurants und die Bar , welche bis 2uhr nachts laute Musik spielt , unendlich laut ist 😟

Fantastic location in the centre of town, beautifully decorated, super clean, very comfortable beds. Paula was such a lovely host. Shutters on windows for night time, great sound proofing. Lots of lovely places to eat close by

There are stairs no lift may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues

Wunderschöne, saubere und zentrale Unterkunft, die alles bietet was man braucht. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Geschäfte und Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe und der nächste Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen!
