this property was brilliant, right at the front of Bellagio with restaurants surrounding it.

came from Australia, found this was up around 10 stairs from the main wharf, perfect spot for everything. Staff were great.

The location was amazing, it was absolutely perfect. We were surprised at how close it was to the waterfront and all the restaurants and bars. Communication with Enrica was really easy and clear. The property was perfectly clean, had everything we needed and was much bigger than we expected for the location. We would gladly stay here again.

Stay like a local experience. Didn't even realise the accomodation would be uphill on the specific narrow stairs (something you see a lot around the lake). I fully enjoyed that. Cute little patio to enjoy a coffee when the weather is nice. Right on the promenade, very close to restaurants and ferry. Going uphill, you get to the main street. There's supposed to be a parking right along the promenade (which I believe will be re-opened from February 2023). Nice owner, she met us in her shop to the street. Easy to communicate, easy chck-in and out. Would consider next time we get around the lake.

Not related to the accomodatiom itself, but unfortunately, there were road works during our stay and there was noise we were not aware of, nor been told. The echo from the machines sounded really loud along the street (08:00 - 18:00). We had major dificulties parking, also, as the public parking spots advertised, along the promenade, were under renovation by the council. Access to the promenade, down the stairs was also restricted or even closed. On the bright side, the works are said to end Feb 2023, so other than these, we didn't have any problems.

location is amazing

Amazing location literally just a few steps away from the ferry. The kitchenette had coffee and tea, salt and sugar, a mini fridge, everything you need to cook. Bathroom was well stocked and had a hot shower. Communication with the owner was pleasant and we felt very happy with the accommodation for our 4 nights in Bellagio.
