Vista bonita, apartamento muito espaçoso e facilidade de estacionamento. Varanda grande e piscina do condomínio.

Não havia gás quando chegamos, o que implicou uma tarde à espera do problema ser resolvido. Estores do quarto de casal não funcionavam. Secador de cabelo não funcionava. Cheiro a mofo no apartamento, em especial nos quartos. Barulho dos vizinhos de cima.
