Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms is clean, well equipped. Quite place.

For 1bhk apartment photos are not correct. No cooking facilities provided. Only kettle and fridge. So, read description carefully and do not rely on photos.

Property is well maintained. Clean rooms.

Location of the property with respect to nearby beaches are not good. We have to take a cab to reach nearby beaches like colva, benaulin which cost Rs. 500.00 one way.

Located in a nice peaceful location . Rooms and surroundings are very clean. The host Mr Sanjay is very courteous and friendly. Highly suitable for couples and Solo travellers as the place is very safe. Refrigerator and AC in the room. The rooms have balconies so that's a plus. Highly recommended for a nice peaceful , enjoyable stay..
