Wir hatten die Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss mit toller großer Terrasse, quasi direkt im Botanischen Garten, mit Blick in diesen. Tip top ausgestattete, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in der wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

An einem sonnigen Frühlingstag hatte sich die Südseite der Wohnung mit Schlaf- und Wohnbereich relativ stark aufgewärmt, man kann aber sehr gut querlüften.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Toll war der große Balkon zum Botanischen Garten hin.

Leider hört man den Verkehr sehr. Erst ca. 20./21 Uhr konnte man auf dem Balkon ruhiger sitzen.
