Loft frente al Puerto by Molinaptos

Location is excellent for everything within the old town.

There is no balcony. There is a public walk way which runs the side of your apartment past your door and to the beach. This opens at 8am and closes at 10pm and there is a lot of people walking past looking in. This didn’t bother me that much but not being able to sit outside un disturbed was not good.

The location is perfect. Right in the centre of the old town and overlooking the Marina. It's a lovely cool, clean apartment, with all you need for a short stay. The communication from Barbara was spot on, very helpful and informative

The only thing we were disappointed with was how the advert made it look like you have a private balcony/terrace area. It was one of the reasons why we chose this apartment. But unfortunately, it's not a private area at all, it's actually a public walk way from one of the side roads in the old town, down to the marina. And it's open to the public from 11am til 7pm. So there were people constantly walking past the living room window. The glass is non-see through from the outside so you did have privacy in that sense, but it did mean that you weren't able to sit out there for lunch or in the afternoon/early evening, which was a real shame. I do feel that this should be made more apparent in this listing, as the photos make it look like you have a lovely little private secluded area. I've attached some photos to show how the area really is. Also, just a small point/tip - we found that the water from the tap in the kitchen wasn't drinkable or suitable for making tea. So we bought bottled water for this.

El loft es perfecto, muy limpio, bonito y acogedor! Es un lujo en Benidorm tener la playa a un pasito y las vistas que tiene, por las noches te puedes salir fuera a cenar viendo el mar, me ha encantado Bárbara majisima, pendiente de todo, muy cercana y es algo a valorar y lo digo por experiencia. Volveremos seguro.

Location is incredible, the apartment is well appointed, comfortable and modern. The hosts were incredibly friendly, and helpful, without being overbearing. A wonderful trip!
