Comfortable, very clean, spacious, location is exactly what we wanted, staff were really helpful online and on the phone. Fan was already in the apartment which was ideal. They also allowed us to stay in our apartment until our transfer at 12.30pm which was so helpful

Heating very poor One of the showers in useable due to shower head keeps falling off

I liked everything about the apartment and location but the ensuite bathroom had a shower that would not stay up but my main problem was in the booking.com website it said that there was a safe which was not true so it made us uncomfortable about our passports and money plus valuable items but nothing happened but that is not to say that it could not happen by the way I also looked at the same apartments later on in the year and it was the same description of the apartment that we booked still saying that there is a safe in this apartment which is clearly not true I have booked with booking.com for quite a few years and always got an apparent with a safety deposit box

La ubicación genial

Las ventanas no ajustan bien ni cierran y en un lugar de vientos casi vuelas por el balcón en el piso 12. La puerta de la habitación no cierra porque el marco está descolgado. La cafetera es de 1945 como poco, las de goteo a su lado es moderna Sólo hay un radiador para todo el apartamento y cuando sopla el viento evidentemente hace frío. Almohadas y colchones fatal

Location is good. Amenities are great.

Noise from Tommys bar across the street. It did get cold with only the one portable radiator at night. Shutters in the double bedroom were broken at arrival stuck halfway. Leaving keys unsecured in a postal slot at checkout in a Sunday. A secure box would be better.

2 bathrooms plenty of equipment to cook close to were we wanted to be.
